My Technique Class did this card a couple months ago using the Frosted Filters technique. My thoughts for this challenge were to use up some of the scrap pieces of chipboard I have laying around. Another baby card done for the Leadership display boards. This time I used more vibrant colors. The Cutie Pie paper is too cute NOT to use on baby cards! Here is another display sample using Sweet Celebrations. As you can see, I used the retired On the Spot background, however, any circles would work. The arrow I made out of the large and small ovals...cutting just a sliver and then the head of the arrow is a square cut in half. I used the Coluzzle to cut out around the Sweet Bundle of Love words.
